Collection: "Quilted"

I have early memories of my grandparents spending lots of time together quilting in the back addition of their home that use to be a bedroom for my mom and two aunts. After piecing together their quilt, they would stretch it out across the room on wood supports and sit at it like a table as they quilted from the edges to the center, rolling the quilt on the supports as they went. 

This collection reminds me of the "crazy quilts" that feature small bits of fabric laid out in a haphazard manner to form the larger design. The colors in the collection are also perfect for Fall, when the temperatures drop and we find ourselves reaching for a cozy quilt.
