With few exceptions, purchases on in-stock items are fulfilled and in the hands of USPS or UPS within five (5) business days. On rare occasions, processing may be delayed due to the nature of operating a business as a sole proprietor with no employees. Once an order is delivered to USPS or UPS, any delivery delays are beyond my control.
Tracking information will be provided for all orders shipped via USPS or UPS.
Orders valued at $50 or more or that include original art are insured. Please keep in mind that original artworks are irreplaceable if lost.
The customer is responsible for entering the full and correct address at the time of placing an order. Any delays or additional expenses due to incomplete or incorrect customer-provided addresses will be resolved at the customer's expense, if possible.
Additionally, any original artworks that are currently on display in an exhibit will be HELD and fulfillment will occur after the end of the exhibit. When this happens, the artist will communicate with buyers to discuss circumstances and expected fulfillment dates. Thank you for understanding!
Any unexpected issues that arise with shipping will be discussed with the customer on an individual basis as no two situations are the same.
